“Walking Home” is a meditation on the passage of time, the nature of personal journeys, and the quiet contemplation that accompanies a return. This work, comprised of 90 individual panels—each an acrylic painting on panel—brings together the imagery of the familiar and the symbolic in an intricate relationship with the viewer. Handcrafted clay sheep attached to each panel evoke a sense of the pastoral and rural, where movement and stasis coexist, where simplicity holds deep meaning.
